In-depth experience creating complex publications using desktop publishing and graphics software on both Macintosh- and Windows-based systems. Able to readily learn new software as needed.
- Software knowledge: QuarkXPress, InDesign, Dreamweaver, FrontPage, HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, Pagemaker, Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, PR Office, Bacon's MediaSource, etc.
Internet, World Wide Web and Intranets
- Web and intranet site research, planning, design, management and editorial content production
- Management of large-scale corporate intranets and experience using content management systems
- Research, development and execution of targeted electronic communication vehicles (e-newsletters, mailing lists, etc.)
- In-depth research using the Internet/Web and electronic databases
Photography/Video/Film
- Photojournalism for newspapers, brochures, newsletters and other publications

- Corporate photography experience, including large international events, Capitol Hill (D.C.) press conferences and events in the House and Senate buildings, employee events, etc.
- Scriptwriting, producing and interviewing for documentary/corporate videos
Prepress/Commercial Printing/Mailing Services
- Digital and traditional prepress preparation
- Print buying and production oversight (vendor management, blueline and color proofing, press checks, etc.)
- Knowledge of commercial printing processes including digital, PDF, direct-to-film and direct-to-press
- Bulk mailing and mailing vendor (mailhouse) management
